  • How can I make a reservation?

To make a reservation, just provide us with a bit of information about your planned journey including your flight details, the overseas accommodation address as well as how many passengers will be traveling.

  • What if I can’t find the location I want book?

If you’re having trouble locating the place you want to book, just give a member of our customer support team a call and we will happily assist you.

  • How do I pay for my booking?

Payments should be made in full once you make your booking. We accept payments via Paypal as well as all major credit and debit cards.

  • How safe is it to use my debit or credit card on your site?

We operate a safe and secure booking system, our website is SSL certified which ensures that all your details are safely encrypted. In order to confirm your reservation you’ll need to pass the protection check. What’s more, we never store any details regarding your debit or credit card.

  • How do I make reservations for children less than two years?

If you’re traveling with children under two years, please get in touch with a member of our customer service team so we may book a child seat. Please note that this may be chargeable.

  • Will it cost me extra to include my ski bags/ bike/surfboard/golf bag to my booking?

Additional items such as ski bags, bikes, surfboards or golf bags are considered extra luggage and you may be charged extra. To found out more get in touch with a member of our customer support team who will be able to assist you.

  • Do you accommodate people with disabilities and wheelchair users?

We do not charge any fees for transportation of foldable wheelchairs. However, it is vital that you contact us before you make reservations so that we can select the most suitable vehicle for you.

  • What areas do you cover?

We cover all areas of Hong Kong.

  • Are your vehicles fitted with WiFi?

Yes. All our vehicles are fitted with free WiFi.

  • What are your operating hours?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • How far in advance do I need to book my vehicle?

It’s advised that you book your vehicle at least 3 hours in advance.
